    Mike is a native to Knoxville. Influenced by his time living in unique locales like San Francisco and St. Louis, he has crafted an innovative approach to homebuilding and design. A lifetime of experience in real estate has inspired him to enhance the world of investment, taking a hands-on approach to each client engagement. An avid traveler, family man and sports fan, outside of the office Mike can be found spending quality time with his wife, Jill, and two children, Scott and Lauren.

    Lea has worked in Property Management for a little over a year now and enjoys the role of being a Property Manager. She is a graduate from The University of Tennessee and a Vol for Life. Her degree in Psychology makes her efficient in communicating and problem solving with current and prospective residents. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with family and friends, explore the outdoors, and paint in her spare time. Lea and her fiancé are set to be married in June of 2023. Together they share two fur babies, Frankie (mini schnauzer) and Charlie (Ferret).

    Rusty and his wife, Jennifer, met in college at Carson Newman and have been together for 30 years. They have 3 children together: daughter Catherine (22) and sons Eli (18) and Benny (16). Rusty is new to the team, but already loving working with everyone at Turner Homes and Woody Creek.

    Tyler, a graduate of West High School, played football during his high school years. In 2021, he began his career in the Property Management and Real Estate industry, finding fulfillment and aiming for further growth. Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, Tyler takes pride in his ability to respond promptly and solve problems efficiently. He firmly upholds the belief that customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of success. Should he encounter inquiries beyond his immediate expertise, Tyler is unwavering in his commitment to swiftly find solutions.
    Residing in Knoxville, TN, Tyler shares his home with his longtime girlfriend and two dogs. Outside of work, he treasures moments of tranquility and cherishes quality time spent with his loved ones.

    Naomi, a graduate of Fulton High School, excelled as a member of the Tennis team before pursuing a career in Nursing at college. Following six years in the healthcare industry, she felt compelled to embark on a new journey. Since childhood, Naomi dreamed of becoming a Real Estate Agent. Now, she's decided to realign her career path with her lifelong aspirations and goals. Originally from East Africa, Naomi relocated to Knoxville during her childhood years. As the eldest among her three siblings, she values her family and friends. Alongside her loved ones and her cherished fur baby, Oreo, Naomi finds joy in spending quality time together. Currently, Naomi has embraced her new role as a Leasing Agent at Woody Creek Realty, while actively pursuing her Real Estate License.
